The petitioner is accused in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that due to land dispute four persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner armed with lathi and rod entered in the house of the informant, Ramjanam Yadav, and started to abuse. When the informant made protest then this petitioner gave iron rod blow at the head of the informant, in which, he fell down. Thereafter, other accused persons caused injury through lathi. At that time, Surendra Yadav took ornaments and other house hold articles from the house of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12243 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada, in connection with Kawakole P.S.
