The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2019 in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from beneath the sack of haystack and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge
