2. In the present writ application a claim has been made that the petitioner has not been given the benefit of 2nd A.C.P. as well as the benefit of 6th pay revision commission report but from the record it appears that both the benefits have been given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10381 of 2013 dt.10-08-2016 petitioner whereupon learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was granted A.C.P. from 2003 vide memo no. 1255 dated 24.12.2010 but the actual monetary benefit has been given to the petitioner from 2005. The record does not disclose in what manner the calculation of financial benefit has been made by the respondents.

3. In such view of the matter, let the petitioners file a detailed representation before the Collector, Nalanda, who is directed to dispose of the said representation of the petitioners within three months from the date of filing of such representation.

4. With the direction aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of.
