JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 01.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4514/ 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during trial informant was examined as PW 1 but she did not support the prosecution case and stated that she could not identify the assailant as there was no light. PW 2, father of the deceased also did not support the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and evidence of witnesses, let the
