1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction to the respondents to take further necessary actions against the responsible person in pursuance of order
Patna High Court CWJC No.14454 of 2023(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/3 bearing memo no. 3721 dated 10.07.2023, passed by the Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna in which the Vigilance Department has stated that the report has been sent to the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for taking necessary action against the persons found responsible as per the enquiry report.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ /order/ direction to the respondent to take legal as well as Administrative action against the person / staff / officers who have been found responsible for misappropriation of public fund in the name of executives of the scheme but as per the report of Vigilance Department the Scheme has not been executed on the spot and fund has been withdrawn for the purpose of misappropriation."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as also the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to initiate appropriate legal action, as per the order dated 10.07.2023, passed by the Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. It is directed accordingly.
