The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 440/2016, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 33/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act. 36 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2016. He has already remained in jail for eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District &
