2. The object of Bihar Hindi Granth Academy (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Academy') has been processed
Patna High Court CWJC No.11127 of 2012(11) dt.06-05-2024 2/3 by the State Government with an object of promotion, propagation, development of Hindi language, literature and culture in Bihar.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that during the pendency of the present writ petition, a Committee has been re-constituted, in which the members are well known Literates, Writers, Experts, Journalists etc.
4. Learned counsel has raised grievances that appropriate Department must take immediate action to provide at least financial help to the Academy so that its employee must not suffer from minimum bread and butter for their survival
5. Learned counsel further informs that the Committee, which is functional, can consider the matter forthwith just after the Parliamentary Election, 2024.
6. The grievance of the employees of the Academy is that payment has not been made to them due to paucity of fund. The Committee is directed to take steps for providing all the requisite information to the State Government for release of the substantial fund for providing financial benefit to the employees of the Academy, as a result of 6th Pay Revision and thereon from time to time so that they may not be discriminated and suffer

7. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
