2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and private respondent no.7 have jointly prayed that considering the disputed question of fact relating to seniority between the petitioner and the respondent no.7, they seek to file individual representation before the Director, Primary
Patna High Court CWJC No.13111 of 2012(4) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 Education, Bihar giving the details of their service particulars.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission jointly made by the petitioner and the respondent no.7, the petitioner and the respondent no.7 are directed to file their individual representation in respect of their seniority over each other by giving their service particulars along with a copy of this order.
4. The Director, Primary Education, Bihar is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and respondent no.7 and arrive at a definite finding determining their seniority.
5. Such exercise is directed to be concluded within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner and the respondent no.7.
6. The writ application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
