Restricting his prayer to the effect that now Bihar Mahila Samakhya Society is no more in existence and the writ cannot be issued against the said society, the petitioner, being employee of the erstwhile said society seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a representation for redressal of his grievance before the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Bihar.
