JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner along with Bhajju Chauhan were apprehended while they were preparing countrymade wine measuring 10 litres along with apparatus therefor were seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.04.2016, having clean antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Abdhesh Chauhan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P. S. Case no.107 of 2016.
