=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Central Selection Board.

In this case, the petitioner has sought a relief to cancel the final result dated 11.8.2011 issued by the Central Selection Board for recruitment of Constables, whereby the petitioner has been declared unsuccessful.

The documents annexed with the counter affidavit shows that the petitioner has applied in the category of Home

Patna High Court CWJC No.13521 of 2013 dt.27-10-2016 2/2 Guard as a scheduled caste candidate, but at the time of physical verification he did not produce the corroborative documents to show that he belongs to the Home Guard category, further, Annexure-D to the counter affidavit itself shows that the petitioner has filled up the application under Home Guard category, but at the time of submission of documents, he could not be able to produce the same. Hence, his candidature was rejected and he could not be selected.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any error in rejecting the candidature of the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
