JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the opposite parties have purportedly complied the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 14436 of 2007 but the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances with regard to nonpayment of salary for certain period as also with regard to arrears of salary and the recovery sought to be made from his salary. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
