JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named, but in course of investigation stolen money is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as well as one co-accused Sonu Mishra.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that at best a case under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner for which the petitioner remains in custody since 24.06.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 169 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42004 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
