The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. One Scorpio vehicle was intercepted from which four accused persons were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded countrymade pistol and cartridges were recovered for that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 1 1⁄2 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 63/2014.
