2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the redressal of their grievances raised in this writ application, the petitioners have approached the respondent authorities by filing representations but no order has been passed as yet.

In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.1 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.1 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.1 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
