No. 1629 of 2014.

On perusal of the grounds raised for review, we find that they are not permissible for consideration of the review application as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sasi (dead) through legal representative Vs.

Aravindakshan Nair and Others in paragraphs 6 and 9 of the aforesaid judgment (2017) 4 SCC 692 the Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued strong guidelines for review in exercise of power of review. In the present case, we do not find any ground for review. We are not inclined to interfere into the matter. That apart

Patna High Court C. REV. No.366 of 2016 (5) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 there is unexplained delay of more than one year in filing this application and therefore, the review being not maintainable is dismissed.
