This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a banswari liquor was allegedly recovered and the persons apprehended there had disclosed that the petitioner was also co-culprit. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court with the condition that the
