JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the memo no. 34 dated 28.06.2011 issued by the Block Development Officer, Brahmpur, Buxar; the certificate under Sections 4 and 6 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Actr,194 (for short 'the PDR Act') along with notice issued under Section 7 of the Act in Certificate Case No. 33 of 2012-13 and notice issued by the Block Development Officer, in Food Grain Case No. 6 of 2012-13 dated 26.06.2013 directing the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 2,03,882/- against undistributed rice under various Schemes in between the year 2002 to 2006.
