2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354, 302/34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased (Nandosi). The petitioner is in jail since 17.06.2023. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

No.67496 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
