Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(I)(II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From a Bolero vehicle, huge quantity of liquor was recovered and the petitioners were in the same vehicle alongwith others. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60104 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur Police Station Case No.208 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
