The ground pleaded in the writ petition was that gross insult was done to the National Flag in the film. The petition was listed for admission on 3.3.2015. After hearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.14328 of 2014 dt.17-03-2015 2/2 the appeal at some length, we had passed an order directing that the picture shall not contain any scene in which the Tricolour is subjected to insult. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the film does not contain any such objectionable scenes, and that the film has since been released. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to point out anything objectionable at the stage. The writ application is, accordingly, closed. Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
