Petitioners are named in the first information report with omnibus allegation of assault but even in course of investigation; it has not come who gave fatal blow to the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baroon P.S.
