JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 29965 of 2022. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the main petition, instead of Section 420 of the I.P.C., it was wrongly typed as Section 402 of the I.P.C. Accordingly, same error has occurred in the aforesaid order and as such, he requests for modification of aforesaid order to the above extent.

In view of aforesaid fact, the modification petition is allowed. Let "Section 420 of the I.P.C." be read in place of Section 402 of the I.P.C. in order dated 29.09.2022. The order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 29965 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
