The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.07.2015 on his undertaking that he will keep his wife but, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner again moved to this Court, for grant of anticipatory bail, so that he may be given one more chance for reconciliation but, I find that the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 16.07.2015 as he showed his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14185 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 willingness to keep his wife but, the petitioner could not keep his wife on one pretext or the other. This is the second attempt for anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
