2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 80 liters of illicit country made liquor have been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63565 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Parsa Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
