This matter has been suo moto listed by this Court on discovery of an error in listing of the matter. While learned counsel for the petitioner in C.W.J.C.No. 4105/2016 had made a motion for listing of the matter for the purpose of withdrawal of the case, it is by mistake of the office that instead of C.W.J.C.No. 4105/2016 the present matter of the year 2017 was listed and since none pointed out the error that instead of C.W.J.C.No. 4105/2016 the present case which bears C.W.J.C.No. 4105/2017 was dismissed as withdrawn. The error was detected and the matter being brought to the notice of this Court that it is listed today when this Court would recall its order dated 12.12.2017 whereby the present writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn.
