2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case no.60 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown accused persons came to the house of the informant variously armed and assaulted the informant and his family members. On the next day i.e. 14.02.2025, the accused persons including the petitioners herein came variously armed and threatened the informant. On protest, accused Ajay Kumar Singh (petitioner no.1) along with Shubam Singh dragged her by holding her hair
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62510 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/3 while accused Mohit Kumar Singh inflicted a knife blow on her head due to which she sustained injuries. Accused Anil Singh (petitioner no.2) along with unknown persons came with pistol etc., and gave an exhortation to kill.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would be evident from the reading of the F.I.R itself that the petitioners were not involved in the first part of the occurrence and so far as second part is concerned, there is no serious allegation against these petitioners. The specific allegation of assault is upon co-accused Mohit Kumar Singh of having inflicted a knife blow causing injury to the informant. It is further submitted that because of land dispute, the alleged occurrence has taken place. There is case and counter case. It has further been submitted that due to intervention of wellwishers, the dispute between the parties have been settled and a compromise petition has been brought on record by way of Annexure-3. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in case/trial.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no

No.62510 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 serious allegations have been made against the present petitioners and moreover, the parties have pacified the matter amongst themselves by way of a compromise, it is directed that the petitioners above named, having no criminal antecedent in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case no.60 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
