2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that for redressal of grievance, as sought for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed a detail representation before the Executive Engineer, Munger to make payment from the effective date of his regularization i.e. on 09.01.2021.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15359 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the concerned Executive Engineer is directed to take conscious decision in view of the fact that the petitioner has been regularized and any back wages or salary, which has not been paid to him, for which he is entitled for, may be considered on the basis of the service particulars of the petitioner and must be paid to him expeditiously without delay.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands dispsoed of.
