The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered under sections 20, 22, 23,24, 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Police intercepted three persons coming on a motorcycle but two persons managed to flee away. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 5 kilograms of Ganja was recovered. It appears that less than commercial quantity of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner has remained in jail for six months. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34461 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran in Gopalpur P.S.
