2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons are alleged to have been indulged in Cyber crime and collected money illegally from people by alluring them. The police team raided and arrested three accused persons who disclosed the name of the petitioner as their associate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of disclosure
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64543 of 2023(3) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 made by co-accused Balo Mahot who was apprehended on spot. Neither the petitioner was apprehended on spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. He has has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and languishing in judicial custody since 22.8.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sheikhpura.
