Mr. L.P.K.Rajgarihar, SC ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Keeping in view the show cause filed by the respondents today indicating the payment of Rs.9,02,486/- to the petitioner through cheque No.910201 drawn on the State Bank of India Main Branch, Gaya and payment to the petitioner on 21.02.2017, as is evident from the receipt endorsed by the petitioner in Annexure-D and copy of the cheque along with the show cause, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting after settlement of the matter in the manner as is indicated in the show cause filed on 01.03.2017, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the action afresh in accordance with law.
