ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-09-2015 It has been submitted that the petitioner who is the informant of Raghopur P.S.Case No.55 of 2013 is unable to attend the Court on account of threats having been meted out by the accused persons. The Officer-in-Charge of Raghopur P.S.Case No.55 of 2013 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Birpur is directed to verify the activity of the accused Mahadeo Sao and Saligram Sah and verify as to whether they are threatening the informant in any manner and report accordingly to the court below within a period of three weeks of receipt of this order.

Let this order be communicated to the concerned Superintendent of Police for its onward transmission to the investigating officer concerned through fax at the cost of the Petitioner.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
