The petitioners seek bail in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P. S. Case No. 248 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 379, 307 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the simple nature of injury caused to Yogendra Yadav and Uma Kant Yadav, the above named petitioners who are in custody since 10.07.2016, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
