JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from the impugned order that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by learned Sessions Judge, taking note of criminal antecedent of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in almost all the cases registered against him and moreover, the investigation of this case has already been completed.
