The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) For commanding the respondents to issue certificate of having worked as Assistant Professor in continuity of till she was relieved vide order dated 02.01.2024 passed by the respondents to enable the petitioner the pay protection and inclusion of her past service by the new employer. (ii) For directing the respondents to release salary of the petitioner from 16.12.2023 to 02.01.2024.

(iii) For any other order for which the petitioner is found

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had already filed a representation before the respondent no.2 but till date no order has been passed in it.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim. 5.

The respondent no.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving of such representation by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the respondent no.2 shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
