Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. He is not named in the First Information Report, though 17 others are named therein. His name transpired during investigation. In the circumstances, let petitioner above named surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like
