Petitioner is said to have got electric connection in his name in respect of rice mill and the informant claims that petitioner in collusion with the officers of the Electricity Department took electric connection in respect of rice mill which had been installed by the informant on the land of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-4 to the petition and submits that the informant had applied for shifting electric connection from village-Berkap to village-Arjun Bigaha, whereas rice mill in question was situated in village-Majhiyaon. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35400 of 2016 (5) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 has already been completed and further detention of the petitioner in jail custody does not require.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-son, Sasaram in connection with Darihat P.S.Case No. 15 of 2016.
