JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The three petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Lalganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 instituted under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 341, 342, 504, 379 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. The first two petitioners are ladies, and the only role attributed is removal of ear ring of Nilu Devi, and omnibus allegations have been made. So far as petitioner no.3, Keshu Rai ,is concerned, it is submitted that he is a minor and a student of Class-VII. The two families are agnates and have been on litigating terms.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41388 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
