The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakara P.S. Case No. 164 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs. 5,000/- each from the villagers, informant and others for providing Indira Awas. but no chit of paper is filed with the FIR showing any money received by the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34924 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakara P.S. Case No. 164 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
