The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Banmankhi P.S. Case No.192 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 341, 353, 109, 160 Indian Penal Code. There is allegation in the written report that in protest of arrest of one Guddu Choudhary in Banmankhi P.S. Case No.191 of 2016, this petitioner along with persons, as named in the First Information Report, blocked the road and also entered into campus of police station and started putting pressure on the informant to release the apprehended accused-Guddu Choudhary. The situation became out of control and they were pressurizing to release the accused. In this manner, they created obstruction to passerby also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13976 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 Name of the petitioner was disclosed by Chaukidar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.192 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
