2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 391 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner's earlier bail applications were rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court: first on 01.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 31327 of 2024, and again on 13.11.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 79064 of 2024

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 08.12.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant regular bail

6. Accordingly, this application for bail stands rejected.
