Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.06.2015 on the accusation that two stolen mobiles were recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur G.R.P.S case No. 29 of 2015.
