JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the Present writ application is being filed against the order of dismissal dated 29/01/2021 passed by Sri (Mr.) Satya Ranjan Bahura, the commandent 36 battalion CRPF Khonsa Arunachal Pradesh in Departmental proceeding No P-VIII/2/2020-36Esst-2 dated 30/05/2020 whereby and

Patna High Court CWJC No.16183 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/3 whereunder the Commandant was pleased to award punishment "Dismissed from the Service" to the Applicant without following due process of law as well as in violation of natural Justice and in violation of statutory rules of the CRPF."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Bihar Sector, Patna to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24.02.2021.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Bihar Sector, Patna to dispose off the appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.16183 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 3/3 passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
