The only grievance of the petitioner is that Rent Fixation Revision Case No. 37 of 2005 is pending in the court of Collector, Begusarai since last twelve years and the petitioner only wants the indulgence of this court for issuance of direction to the Collector, Begusarai to dispose of aforesaid Rent Fixation Revision Case No. 37 of 2005 within a prescribed period of time.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3856 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to the Collector, Begusarai to dispose of Rent Fixation Revision Case No. 37 of 2005 within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that before disposal of aforesaid case, the Collector, Begusarai shall ensure the appearance of all the concerned parties of aforesaid case.
