The informant doubted the involvement of petitioner in the present case as petitioner and his wife are said to have washed the blood of deceased, which had fallen in front of their shop and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
