JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for prohibiting the respondent authorities from constructing the Mahadalit Community Hall cum work shed, approved for construction at village-Saidpur, Circle-Hulasganj, Jehanabad and instead, directing them to construct the same at any other site. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally, a different site was selected for the purposes of construction of the aforesaid Mahadalit Community Hall cum work shed vide Annexure-2 to the writ petition i.e. the letter of the Circle Officer, Hulasganj dated 23.3.2018, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18475 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 subsequently, the site has been changed and now the said Hall is being constructed at village Saidpur, Block-Hulasganj, DistrictJehanabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and the District Magistrte, Jehanabad be directed to consider his prayer and take appropriate action.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the District Magistrate, Jehanabad within a period of eight weeks, thereafter by a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
