The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P.S. Case No.179 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police has recovered huge quantity of liquor, which was kept at the abandoned place. As per allegation, the petitioner along with others were involved in selling of the liquor. However, it is submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 22.07.2019. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58295 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 179/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
