1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction specially in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding the respondents authorities to restore the possession of petitioner over suit land/shop, which has been illegally and unlawfully demolished during pendency of Civil Suit i.e. Civil Revision No. 111/2024.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction, specially in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding the respondent authorities to suitably punish the respondents specially respondent no. 4 and 5 for interfering in due

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay compensation to petitioner for his illegal and unlawful eviction from shop under his occupation, during pendency of civil suit."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the revision petition already filed by the petitioner, bearing Civil Revision No.111 of 2024. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
