JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.07.2016 in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016, G.R. No. 1785 of 2016 for offence alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code but charge has been framed under Section 306 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The police after investigation found the allegation of dowry death untrue. In fact the deceased herself committed suicide. Also the charge has been framed under Section 306 I.P.C.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two
