ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objections to the notice dated 12.06.2024 issued under Section 7 of the Public Demand Recovery Act (Annexure 5), this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The Certificate Officer shall deal with the objections filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order under Section 10 of the Public Demand Recovery Act. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the objections filed by the petitioner.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. Till such time the final orders are passed, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
